Recruitment Resources

There are several recruitment resources available for Penn researchers, including:

Recruitment, Outcomes, and Assessment Resource (ROAR)

ROAR provides assistance with development and implementation of recruitment and retention plans and materials. Services could include designing brochures and recruitment materials, developing media campaigns, and/or assisting with initial participant contact and eligibility assessment.

This resource is available to Cancer Center clinical investigators.

ResearchMatch

ResearchMatch aims to serve as an effective, useful and complementary recruitment tool that will help connect willing volunteers with researchers who are searching for appropriate volunteers to be placed in their research studies.

ITMAT Penn Medicine Clinical Trial Registry

The ITMAT Penn Medicine Clinical Trial Registry is a Penn specific registry provided through ITMAT.

This registry may be helpful for researchers who are:

  • Conducting clinical research
  • Recruiting participants in the greater Philadelphia area
