Bridget Sweeney, Ph.D. is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She earned her B.S. in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish from DeSales University. She continued her education, earning her M.Ed. and Ph.D. in School Psychology from Temple University, an APA- and NASP-approved program. Her doctoral research focused on curriculum-based measurement in mathematics. Following completion of her certification requirements, Dr. Sweeney worked as a school psychologist for Elwyn, Inc. She continued in her career with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, creating a program to support students with academic challenges at Father Judge High School before joining the CMHPSR at the University of Pennsylvania as a post-doctoral fellow. While at Penn, Dr. Sweeney has joined a project specializing in school-based research of Response to Intervention and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports.
