The Alzheimer's Association FTD SUPPORT GROUP
This support group for Adult Children of persons with early onset dementia meets every third Thursday of each month, from 6-8 PM, at Ralston Penn Center in Room 346. In July of 2007, The University of Melbourne in Australia held an International Brain Research Organization (IBRO) Workshop on Neurodegenerative Diseases. This workshop focused on the shared underlying mechanisms common to Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and frontotemporal dementia.
