Become a CPHI Fellow!

The CPHI's mission is to improve health and quality of life by expanding and strengthening public health education, research and practice, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and promoting meaningful community/academic partnerships.

Membership at the Senior Fellow, Associate Fellow or Adjunct Fellow levels are available to all who are interested and qualify. CPHI fellows will be asked to play an active role within the CPHI to promote public health research and practice as well as enhance collaboration across schools and in the surrounding community. Our membership application form is attached. The success of the CPHI depends upon the involvement of the Penn faculty and their commitment to public health practice and leadership. Please come join us!
