12/15/11 - PREPPED Kids receives app challenge awards

The PREPPED Kids web and mobile app won a Runner Up award with a bonus award in Digital Proficiency in the Apps for Communities challenge, sponsored by the Knight Foundation and the FCC. The challenge's goal was to make local public information more personalized, usable, and actionable for all Americans. Read more about the awards here.
