David Metzger, PhD is an Associate Professor of Social Policy in Psychiatry. His research focuses on the evaluation of HIV prevention interventions designed for drug users and sub-populations at highest risk for HIV infection. He is especially interested in the role of drug treatment in HIV prevention.
