Alex Hittman, Psy.M.Alexandra Hittman, Psy.M.

Alex Hittman, Psy.M., is a practicum student at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor's in Psychology and is currently a 4th year Clinical Psy.D. student at Rutgers University. Alex worked for two years in an outpatient medical clinic providing behavioral health services to English- and Spanish-speaking patients. She has also received intensive training in providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. Alex's clinical interests include evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, including PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, panic, phobias, and generalized anxiety, as well as Borderline Personality Disorder.
