Olga Tkachenko, M.A.Olga Tkachenko, M. A.

Olga Tkachenko, M.A., is a practicum student at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) in the Perelman School of Medicine, and a fourth year clinical psychology Ph.D. student at the University of Pennsylvania. Olga received her B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University and subsequently worked as a research assistant at McLean Hospital in the Harvard Medical School. Olga's prior therapy experience includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for depression and insomnia at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on inter-individual differences in the effects of sleep loss on performance and the effects of sleep deprivation in depression on cognition and affect. Olga's clinical interests include evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, including PTSD, OCD, social anxiety, panic, phobias, and generalized anxiety.
