Elyssa Kushner, Psy.D., is a clinical psychotherapist at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She received her Psy.D. in clinical psychology from La Salle
University in 2006. Dr. Kushner joined the faculty after completing her clinical internship at Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. Her training at La Salle involved specialization in anxiety disorders with an emphasis on generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Her focus at the Center is on the treatment of all anxiety disorders with an emphasis on OCD including serving as the co-coordinator for the OCD Augmentation study.
