Tracey K. Lichner, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) at the University of Pennsylvania. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. in 2002. She completed her clinical internship at Pennsylvania State University’s Center for Counseling and Psychological Services. Dr. Lichner joined the CTSA in 2006, after three years at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine participating in research investigating the genetics of obsessive-compulsive disorder. At CTSA, she coordinates a clinical bereavement project at Pennsylvania Hospital’s Joan Karnell Cancer Center. Dr. Lichner specializes in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for PTSD, Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP) for OCD, and cognitive-behavioral treatment for social anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias, and generalized anxiety.
