Dina, M.S. is a research practicum student at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety where she sees patients for study evaluations and outpatient therapy. Dina is a 3d year doctoral student in clinical psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Her clinical interests include anxiety disorders in minority children and adults, traumatic brain injuries and cognitive rehabilitation, and assessing ADHD versus anxiety in minority children. In addition to the CTSA, Dina is currently working in a Community Behavioral Health outpatient facility under the supervision of psychiatrist where she sees minority and immigrant patients and families with anxiety disorders, depression, and severe chronic mental illnesses. Dina is currently working on her dissertation which is attempting to understand the barriers and influence of culture on treatment adherence in minority children with anxiety disorders.
