Welcome to the Office of Diversity and Community Outreach

We are committed to increasing diversity throughout the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine within the faculty and housestaff. In addition we seek valid inclusion of West Philadelphia residents in program initiatives as well as creating a sense of community within the School of Medicine staff. One of our major goals is to assist the University in its journey from excellence to eminence via all corridors that lead to true diversity.
