Our Mission

To help PENN Medicine become a more collegial, intellectually exciting, and supportive Institution in which to work by the recruitment, retention and promoting of women and underrepresented minority faculty, housestaff, and staff.

Identify and develop resources to support recruitment of URM faculty, housestaff, and medical/post baccalaureate students.

Coordination with the Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development to offer programs related to the development of specific skills and tools necessary for faculty promotion and success.
