Speaker’s Videos

On Friday, October 6, 2006, the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in collaboration with the Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation presented an Academia and Industry Symposium on Diversity and Inclusion. The goal of this symposium was for experts in academia and industry to discuss strategies that are needed to promote diversity and inclusion in academic and research settings, explore best practices and challenges. The presentations given by each speaker are available below.
