For centuries, chamomile has been used as a traditional herbal medicine for its calming effect. Chamomile has been found to be well-tolerated. In previous research trials, we found that chamomile extract reduced anxiety symptoms significantly compared to placebo. This study aims to determine the effect of chamomile on reducing symptoms of anxiety as well as preventing recurrence.
