Sabrina A. Poole, M.S.
Sabrina Poole has 20 years of experience in the addiction psychology field. She has directed numerous studies for the Center on the Studies of Addiction and the Treatment Research Center of Philadelphia. She is a graduate of State University College at Buffalo and has an M.S. degree in psychology. She is a master trainer for the Addiction Severity Index instrument and has conducted trainings across the country since 1990. She also teaches classes on clinical assessment and placement criteria as well as writing treatment plans. Ms. Poole continues to work on new research protocols for substance abuse with Dr. George Woody and Charles O’Brien at the University of Pennsylvania, and with the Clinical Trials Network (NIDA). She was second author on a recently published paper regarding suboxone in young adults in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA). She is currently working on her doctorate in clinical psychology within the specialty of geriatric psychology.
