Test Requisitions have been updated for ALL tests as of February 13, 2009. Please download the new forms when sending a sample to our laboratory.
AS OF FEBRUARY 16, 2009, HNPCC testing will only be available for known familial mutations.
The Genetic Diagnostic Laboratory will be closing at 2pm on Wednesday, November 25 and will re-open on Monday, November 30 for the Thanksgiving break. If you send samples for delivery on Wednesday, November 25, please send them "Priority Overnight" so they arrive in our lab for a morning delivery.
