Penn Gene Targeting Service
NOTE: DNA Sequencing costs only $6.00 per sample for investigators at the School of Medicine, the Cancer Center, and the Genomics Institute. The turnaround is about 24 hrs. High throughput DNA Sequencing is done at 50% cost. We also offer bisulphite sequencing and LOH (loss of heterozygosity) analysis. Our latest offer is extraction of DNA from mammalian cells including ES cells in 96-well plate.
The DNA Sequencing Facility is an Abramson Cancer Center Shared Resource that is approved and partially funded by the National Cancer Institute.
