From July 6, 2010 (Tuesday) we will no longer accept hand written request forms for sequencing. Please pick up an instruction sheet if you are not using the web-based method for submission of sequencing samples. If you forget to submit request on line you will be able to use one computer in the facility for another 2 weeks. We strongly encourage everyone to use his/her lab computer to avoid delay.
Using any computer you can go to the facility web site http://www.med.upenn.edu/dnaseq/ and access the link http://www.med.upenn.edu/apps/my/dnacore/, log in with your PennKey and password, and follow the instructions (attached). The user can also go to this site directly.
Users from CHOP, Wistar and Monell and off-campus institutes please follow instructions.
