1 Prescribed amount of DNA and primer are to be put into each well of a 96-well PCR plate, compatible with the ABI PCR machine. Requests are to be submitted on line.
2 For high copy plasmids only. We prepare plasmid DNA from cultures submitted in a plate and sequence. We can also prepare a culture plate from a glycerol stock plate. Requests are to be submitted on line.
