Community Day Training

Community Day Training/Treatment Program is an adult community-based day treatment program that provides psycho-social rehabilitation, behavior shaping, and supportive counseling services to adults with mental retardation as well as adults who may be dually diagnosed (MH/MR). 


Intensive Service Case Management

Intensive Services Case Management Program provides assistance in obtaining housing and interim case management services for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities living anywhere in Philadelphia who are currently or soon to be homeless, or living in abusive or neglectful situations.


Residential (OBRA) and Private Licensed Facilities Supports Coordination

Residential (OBRA) and Private Licensed Facilities Supports Coordination provides supports coordination services to Philadelphia residents living in privately funded facilities and nursing homes throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
