Have candidate sign and give BA the offer letter. BA sends the following forms to Records at 3401 Walnut St., 527A Mail Code 6228:

  1. Copies of I-9 required identification with date online I9 completed written on copies.
  2. W-4
  3. Signed Offer Letter
  4. HR-1/2 (Salary Authorization)
  5. Resume

Contact SOM HR if the Employee declines the offer. If the employee quits or is terminated within 4 months for external, and 3 months for internal hires, HR will repost the position with no additional paperwork. If they quit or are terminated after that period, paperwork for a replacement position must be submitted.
