Genomics and Gene Targeting Core - Workflow
Standard operating procedures have been put into place for the initiation of a project with an investigator, and the subsequent workflow for the experimental analysis. Furthermore, in close collaboration with the Penn Center for Bioinformatics, we have developed routine procedures for analysis and evaluation of microarray data. This analysis is performed by Dr. White and the Core staff on all array data that is produced.
