How do I become a member? First select the appropriate membership application.
For Non Penn Faculty in the Tri-State area interested in joining the University of Pennsylvania NIDDK-funded DRC, please complete the DRC only application and be sure to attach the following documents:

For Penn Faculty interested in joining the University of Pennsylvania NIDDK-funded DRC please complete the DRC + IDOM application and be sure to attach the following documents:

DRC Membership Benefits:
- Use of DRC Scientific Cores facilities at discounted rates
- Email notification of IDOM activities including our weekly seminar series
- Eligible to apply for DRC Pilot and Feasibility Grant Program
- Participation in the DRC Academic Enrichment Program
- Participation in the Annual Spring Diabetes Symposium & Kroc Lecture
- Opportunities to collaborate on research activities
- Listing on the IDOM/DRC Membership web page
Membership Responsibilities:
- Active participant in the Annual Spring Diabetes Symposium
- Acknowledge NIH DK 19525 on relevant publications
The application will be reviewed at a subsequent meeting of the DRC Executive Committee and you will be notified soon thereafter of the decision.
