Title: Islet Transplantation in Type 1 Diabetes
Objective: To establish standardized criteria for islet transplantation as a treatment for type 1 diabetes complicated by severe hypoglycemia as part of a multi-center international trial.
Eligibility: The study is presently recruiting type 1 diabetic patients with severe problems with hypoglycemia.
