Research Interests: Infectious Diseases, Cancer Immunology, Transplantation and Tolerance, Cell and Developmental Biology of the Immune System
Research Description: Briefly, I am interested in the molecular and genetic mechanisms by which a single antigen specific cell can massively expand and give rise to the varied subsets of cells necessary to successfully respond to an infection. I am also interested in memory development and how knowledge of memory formation may be employed in the rational design of vaccines.
