Research Description: Using a transplantable HPV immortalized tumor model, TC.1, and a Listeria monocytogenes based immunotherapeutic that expresses HPV-E7, we are investigating the requirements for T cell infiltration into tumors following immunotherapy. We are also interested in understanding how cytokines that are produced in response to vaccination alter the architecture of the tumor microenvironment.
