Research Description:I am a postdoctoral fellow at Laufer lab. Currently, I am investigating how maturing CD4 single positive thymocytes become self-tolerant to prevent autoimmunity in the mature peripheral T cell repertoire. My long term interests in immunology are 1) role of autophagy in autoimmunity and disease 2) Central tolerance 3) T cell membrane topography.
