Having trouble accessing your Email? Browse to http://zimbra.upenn.edu and log in with your PennKey. You can use Webmail until someone is able to help you.
Mail.med Email upgrade beginning on Friday July 25th at 5pm and continuing until Saturday July 26th at 6:00pm. During that period, mail.med email will NOT be available. Incoming mail will be queued and delivered once the new service fully comes up at 6:00 PM on the afternoon of July 26th.
Non-Email items will be not be migrated from your account and will not be available to you on the new server. If you are storing any data that is NOT email, you should download it to your computer if you wish to keep it. Files like jpeg images, movies, or PDFs will not be moved. Please ask your LSP for guidance if you are concerned.
