Deletion of Foxa2 in Foxa2 loxP/loxP; Foxa3Cre mice. Efficiency and timing of Foxa2 deletion by Foxa3Cre were evaluated by immunofluorescence. Expression of Foxa2 was assessed by immunofluorescence in the P3 pancreas. Insulin (green) and Foxa2 (red) were found in the control pancreas (left), while Foxa2 protein was completely deleted in both islets and acini in the Foxa2 loxP/loxP; Foxa3Cre pancreas (right).
