Indirect FITC or Taxes Red on Frozen sections

1. Dry slides at RT for 30-60min.
2. Fix with 4% PF for 10min.
3. Rinse with PBS.
4. Wash with PBS 2min X3
5. 95% ETOH 5min, 100% ETOH 2min, 95% ETOH 2min.
6. ddH₂O 1min X2.
7. PBST 2min X2.
8. Block non-specific proteins with 10% Normal serum in 0.5% PBST for 30-60 min at RT.
9. Incubate with 1st Ab (5% goat serum in 0.1%PBT) 1-2hours at RT.
10. Wash slides with PBS 5min X6.
11. Incubate with 1:500 2nd FITC or Taxes red Ab. (Molecular Probe 488 or 594)
12. Wash in PBS for 5min X6.
13. Mount the slides with mounting medium.
