Biorad DC Protein Assay
1. Preparation of working reagent:
Add 20ml of reagent S per 1.0 ml of reagent A to make the working reagent
2. Prepare 3-5 dilutions of a protein standard containing 0.2 mg/ml to 1.5 mg/ml protein in the same buffer as the sample.
3. Add 100ml of standards and sample into test tubes
4. Add 500ml of working reagent into each test tube and vortex
5. Add 4.0 ml of reagent B into each test tube and vortex
6. Let stand for 15 minutes.
7. Absorbance can be read at 750 nm; this is stable for 45 minutes
