Holding an Event
- Step 1: Get funding!
- Step 2: Reserve a venue: Complete a Room Reservation Request in Christa Chaffinch's office in Suite 100.
- Stemmler Labs, Student Lounge, and the Lookout can be booked free of charge.
- BRB, CRB, Reunion, and John Morgan are only available free of charge weekdays before 5pm. If you wish to hold an event here on weekends or after 5pm, contact the MSG Treasurer BEFORE booking. These rooms cost $100/hr (4 hour minimum).

Registering Your Group
- Biannual Registration for pre-existing groups
Login to the Medical Student Group Database and click on the name of your student group. If you are registered as a student group leader, 'Biannual registration' will appear as a link. - First time registration for new groups
Login to the Medical Student Group Database and click on 'apply for a new organization registration.' This form needs to be filled out once to register your new group, and will place the group's name and leadership information into the database.
