This page gives you access to information about medical student groups as well as forms and links that are needed to help run a student group. You'll find general information, information on registering your group, information on funding your group and other information.

Interested in joining a group but don't know what's out there? Find them all here in this searchable database of Medical Student Organizations. - Room Reservations
To reserve a room for use by a medical student group, please complete a Room Reservation Request Form found in Suite 100 and submit it to Christa Chaffinch in Suite 100.
Registering your group
If your group has previously registered...
- Medical Student Group Biannual Registration Form
To access this form, you must login to the Medical Student Group Database and click on the name of your student group. If you are registered as a student group leader 'biannual registration' will appear as link.This form needs to be filled out twice per year in order to apply for a budget from MSG. The purpose of this form is to keep medical student Group information up to date, thus allowing other medical students interested in your group to contact you to participate.
If your group is registering for the first time...
- NEW Medical Student Group Registration Form
To access this form, you must login to the Medical Student Group Database and click on 'apply for a new organization registration.'This from needs to be filled out one time to initially register your medical group. This will place the group's name and the leaders information into the Medical Student Groups Database.
Funding and Events
- MSG Student Group Event and Reimbursement Form
Use this form for requesting purchase orders (ie, pizza for an event) or for requesting reimbursement for a student group expense.Note that new groups without an MSG budget can only receive up to $75 for a single event and can apply for that finding twice per academic year.

Preferred Vendors
This is the concise list of Approved Vendors. To see the complete list of approved vendors, you may consult the unabridged list. The University will provide purchase order only for approved vendors. If you would like to use other vendors, you would have to pay out of your pocket first, then complete the MSG Reimbursement Form (below). - MSG Student Group Annual Budget Form
Use this form once per year to request a budget for your student group. Deadlines vary from year to year and will be annouced via email in August.Note that student groups will not receive budgets if current contact information is not available; please fill out the Medical Student Group Biannual Registration Form first.
