Sarah Keller, MD, MPH, MSHP

Thesis: The Impact of a Transition Service on the Care of Outpatients on Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy
Last Known Position: Clinical Associate, Infectious Diseases Division, Johns Hopkins University Medical Center. She is focusing on the outpatient care of patients with hepatitis C, HIV, and general infectious diseases issues. She also plans to continue her work focusing on transitions in care and the longitudinal care of patients with chronic infections.

Meghan Lane-Fall, MD, MSHP

Thesis: Attending Handoffs in the Intensive Care Unit: Perceptions, Ideals, and Practice
Last Known Position: Assistant professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care, Clinician-Educator track, University of Pennsylvania. Her research continues to focus on teamwork and communication in the critical care and perioperative settings. Her clinical practice involves caring for critically ill patients in the surgical intensive care unit as well as patients receiving surgical anesthesia. She also will maintain an active role in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, and in advancing health system quality improvement initiatives.

Thesis: Variation in Performance of Candidate Quality Performance Measures for Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer by Hospital Type
Last Known Position: Assistant Professor of Urologic Oncology, Department of Surgery at Fox Chase Cancer Center. He continues to pursue his clinical interests include the management of locally advanced kidney and bladder cancers, and his research interests where he focuses on care coordination at the time of cancer treatment, competing risks assessment, and measuring surgical quality.
