Full Registration: Although early rates for registration are available only through March 31, 2012, registration for the meeting at the regular rate will be available from April 1, 2012 through the end of the meeting. On-site registration is completed online with a credit card. We will not accept checks or cash.

The Riverboat Cruise: Optional and space limited. On Wednesday, June 20, 2012, we have reserved The Steamer Natchez of the New Orleans Steamboat Company exclusively for this conference. Boarding begins at 7 p.m. opening with a Cocktail Party of wine, local beers and hors d'oeuvres. Enjoy a Cajun Food Festival during the two hour cruise, returning at 10:30 p.m. Due to limited space, we encourage you to purchase your ticket(s) when you register.

Cancellation Policy: Registration is nonrefundable after May 10, 2012. All refunds are subject to a $40.00 processing fee. Please email your refund request by May 10, 2012.
Conference Badge: Name badges will not be mailed or emailed. Please provide picture I.D. and email confirmation to pick-up your name badge and digital program (external flash drive).
