Please record your Transaction Number from your registration confirmation. The 7 digit Transaction Number is a required field for your abstract submission.
CANCELLATION of Meeting Registrations must be made in writing and received by April 15, 2010 by Email to: NewDir@mail.med.upenn.edu. A processing fee of $40.00 USD will be charged. After this date no refund will be made.
