Cognitive Neurology Fellowship

The Penn Cognitive Neurology Division offers an unaccredited clinical and clinical research fellowship to study the consequences of focal and degenerative neurologic conditions on cognitive functioning.  Populations under study include Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, frontotemporal degeneration multiple sclerosis, and epilepsy.  Fellows will have exposure to standardized neuropsychological measures as well as research design for developing new, theoretically-motivated measures.  Primary areas of interest include language, working memory, and visual functioning.  Correlations with Functional MRI, Structural MRI, and other in vivo measures of brain functioning.
