Guarantees
Guarantees: Refunds will not be allowed at this time. If cell contamination occurs prior to pickup, the NRU will replace the cells/plates ordered at no charge. Cell contamination or issues after pickup are not the responsibility of the NRU and will therefore not be refunded or replaced. However, the NRU will gladly review the situation with you to try to determine the cause.
