Creating structured interviews

Conducting consistent interviews with the right interview questions is essential to finding out whether or not your candidates possess the competencies and characteristics your job requires. We can help you select questions and design an effective interview process utilizing Interview Architect® , an online interview design tool. Interview Architect® uses the behavioral interviewing approach and provides you with a library of questions to select from for each competency.
