Olympus with TIRF and Optical Trapping CapabilitiesOlympus with TIRF and Optical Trapping Capabilities (Baumgart) – using a Bioptechs temperature control system, this scope allows live-cell imaging in TIRF mode. Additionally equipped with an optical trapping system to measure the mechanical properties of membrane vesicles.
