Stationery Supplies and Business Cards
For information about stationery supplies and business cards, including BEN Buys ordering instructions, see pages 33-41 of the Penn Medicine Branding Guide or contact the Penn Medicine Marketing Communications department at 215-349-8666. Official logos and style guides have been provided to the vendors and they are available to help offices replace printed stationery as needed.
Some School constituents prefer electronic letterhead for letters that will be emailed to the recipient.

Event Signs and Posters
Perelman School of Medicine logos for printing on event signs and posters should be obtained from Penn Medicine Marketing Communications at 215-349-8666.
Brochures
Perelman School of Medicine logos and other branded images for brochures and other public marketing materials should be obtained from Penn Medicine Marketing Communications at 215-349-8666. Marketing is also available to help make the determination about whether the School or the Penn Medicine branding is most appropriate. In most cases, "Penn Medicine" will continue to be used.
Poster Session Materials
Biomedical Art and Design has the appropriate School logo graphics for use on posters. The master graphics, if you are producing your own posters, are available here [EPS format; PennKey required]:

Other Documents
In general, current working documents should be changed to reflect the new name of the school. See "Text" and "Logos and Graphics" for more information.
Examples of documents which should be updated:

- electronic forms
- re-usable Word or PowerPoint templates
Documents Prepared Prior to June 2011
Most documents prepared prior to June 2011 should not be changed. Examples include:
- reports
- reviews
- publications
- meeting minutes
- diplomas
- certificates
Some documents prepared prior to June 2011, but still in active regular use, should be changed to reflect the new name. Examples include:
- forms in current use
- current form letters
