Customer Service for PMACS is facilitated by Service Information Officers (SIOs) who interact with individuals, departments, institutes or centers seeking assistance in obtaining support or determining appropriate course of action on a new information systems/informatics project. We will also work within PMACS to establish cost effective means for ongoing service, reporting, and support. In addition, we will coordinate projects that span multiple organizations in Penn Medicine to achieve the goals of administration, education, and research.
