Details: We'll discuss the critical factors that make the difference between maintaining an upward trajectory and stalling (or falling) in your faculty career. Much attention is paid to developing skills in scholarship, clinical practice, and teaching in faculty career development. However, the critical skills that make it possible to accomplish what is expected in these areas when faced with sometimes overwhelming demands on your time and energy are often overlooked.
