Allowable charge to:
(1) The BPP Online Writing Course fee may be charged to an individual NRSA or Institutional training grant, as long as the postdoc is supported by that grant.
(2) The BPP Online Writing Course fee may be charged to any Non-Federal grant or contract as long as the postdoc works on that grant or contract and the fee does not violate the terms of the agreement.
(3) The BPP Online Writing Course fee may NOT be charged to any Federal sponsored agreement. In the case that a postdoc works on a R01- the fee should be paid out of departmental funds.
