Consultation and Assessment

Immediate consultation (within two (2) business days of incident/conflict) telephone conference with Jody Foster, M.D., Clinical Director, as basis for development of an “initial action plan”. Face-to-face meeting with Dr. Foster may be scheduled as needed with the referring medical leadership and then, as needed, with the physician concerned. 

 

Plan Development

Based on the results of the initial action plan, an extended action plan may be developed, including further evaluation. . 

 

Further Evaluation

• Individualized evaluations
• Structured and semi-structured psychological tests for clarification
• Collateral interviews with involved staff
• Distribution and evaluation of 360-degree surveys

 

Training Resources for Improved Performance

Based on the assessment and evaluation, PPPM may recommend continuing education, brief and/or ongoing counseling, leadership, training, coaching and /or other resources designed to achieve and maintain improved performance.
