Outpatient Psychiatry Center

The Outpatient Psychiatry Center of the Penn Medicine Department of Psychiatry offers comprehensive psychiatric services, including diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy service, medication management, and group therapy.

The Center offers specialized treatment of bipolar disorder, treatment resistant depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, psychosis, geriatrics and medical-psychiatric conditions.


Services

  • General Ambulatory Practices - provides evaluations and psychopharmacology treatment by senior trainees under the supervision of attending psychiatrists. Includes specialty psychopharmacology programs for Bipolar Disorder, Medical-Psychiatry, Treatment Resistant Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Substance Abuse, Psychosis and Geriatric Psychiatry..

  • Psychiatry Private Practices - provides psychopharmacology treatment and psychotherapy with diagnostic assessment by attending psychiatrists and licensed psychologists/licensed master's level therapists.

  • Assessment Clinic - provides low fee diagnostic assessment by senior trainees in psychiatry under the supervision of attending and consulting staff.

  • Residents' Psychotherapy Practice - provides low fee short and long-term psychotherapy with senior trainees in psychiatry under the supervision of attending and consulting staff.
