Overview
The goal of instruction in psychiatry is to enable students to acquire skills to manage the behavioral and psychological aspects of illness and patient care. The teaching program emphasizes the integration of theory, research and practice and the integration of biological, psychological and social factors in the etiology, course, and treatment of disease.
