Overview

The Department of Psychiatry offers an academically oriented, comprehensive, four-year residency in General Psychiatry. Our program builds upon a strong background in general medicine and includes outstanding clinical and didactic training in all aspects of psychiatry. Penn will prepare you for leadership in psychiatry and comprehensive behavioral health care, whether your professional interests are in clinical medicine, research and academics, or health care delivery.
