Professor Bridenhagen is an alumna of the Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D. 2008, Certificate in Public Interest Law- Public Health Law). She is a licensed attorney in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Professor Bridenhagen works with the Center for Public Health Initiatives. She is currently working with Law students to expand the Servicelink program offered at Sayre Health Center to include “know your rights” clinics. This is the first step in a multi-year plan that will result in an on site medical legal partnership.
Prior to her association with CPHI, Professor Bridenhagen worked with Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto on U-visa, VAWA and asylum cases. She worked for the Santa Clara County Counsel’s Office on recalcitrant TB patient cases. She worked for Stanford University’s General Counsel on Sarbanes-Oxley and general research compliance.
