at the University of Pennsylvania

Those wishing to obtain permits to register for PUBH courses as non-matriculated students must provide the MPH Program Coordinator the following four items:

1. A brief statement of which course you wish to take, and what you hope to gain from the course.
2. If not currently enrolled as a matriculated student in another Penn program, a New Student Data Form will have to be completed. (New Student Data Form )
3. If not currently enrolled as a matriculated student in another Penn program, offical copy(s) of your academic transcript(s).
4. If not currently enrolled as a matriculated student in another Penn program, a check payable to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania in the amount of $70.

NOTE: Several MPH program courses are cross-listed. Only courses actually taken under the PUBH prefix will be accepted as credit toward the MPH degree. For these courses, registration under the PUBH prefix is strongly recommended for those who plan to apply to the degree program.
