Please note that these protocols, while endorsed by the home institution, are not formal guidelines endorsed by any national organization. These protocols may not be directly applicable to other institutions, and therefore should be evaluated carefully. Finally, while attempts will be made to update these protocols periodically, there are no guarantees that these are completely up-to-date.
